Job summary

Siv.chat in Gothenburg is seeking a strong fullstack developer to join the founding team. This hands-on role centers on building end-to-end features with LLMs, RAG and MCP, on-site in Gothenburg.

You’ll own technical decisions from day one, work with a small team, and shape how the product is built using TypeScript (Bun), React, Rust and Rust-based tooling. Financing is in place and customers are signed.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript, or comparable typed-language depth.
• Solid fullstack experience with production shipping.
• Comfortable building with LLMs, RAG and related tooling.
• DevOps and/or cybersecurity experience is a plus.
• Confident making own calls in a small team.

Giving a machine a memory worth the name is harder than it sounds.

That's a big part of what we're building at Siv, an AI assistant for Swedish small and medium-sized companies. It lives in the tools teams already use, remembers context, and handles the follow-up and admin that quietly eats up a big chunk of everyone's week. Sweden first, with the rest of Europe within reach.

We keep the team small and the bar high. We're looking for a strong fullstack developer to join the founding team, someone who could run their own thing and would rather build this. Early but real: financing is in place, customers are signed, and the technical foundation is solid. The work is hands-on with LLMs, RAG and MCP in production, and you'd help shape large parts of how the product gets built.

Responsibilities

We build with TypeScript on the Bun runtime and the Elysia web framework, a React frontend (a straightforward Vite SPA), and Rust for niche pieces like our document parser and internal tooling. TypeScript is what we'd want you strongest in; the rest of the stack you can pick up here.
