Job summary

Siv.chat in Gothenburg is seeking a strong fullstack developer to join the founding team. This hands-on role centers on building end-to-end features with LLMs, RAG and MCP, on-site in Gothenburg.

You’ll own technical decisions from day one, work with a small team, and shape how the product is built using TypeScript (Bun), React, Rust and Rust-based tooling. Financing is in place and customers are signed.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript, or comparable typed-language depth.
• Solid fullstack experience with production shipping.
• Comfortable building with LLMs, RAG and related tooling.
• DevOps and/or cybersecurity experience is a plus.
• Confident making own calls in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build the product end to end, from interface to backend and infrastructure
• Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines and MCP in production
• Connect external services and handle sensitive company data under European law
• Own technical decisions from the start
