Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript) with a strong UX/UI focus to join a greenfield AI-driven gaming product initiative. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape architecture, UI, and performance from day one.

You’ll build modern, interactive experiences for a global audience, contribute to design systems, and own frontend features from concept to deployment in a high-scale environment.

We're partnering with an innovative company within the gaming and digital entertainment sector that is looking to add a talented Frontend Developer with a strong UX/UI focus to one of its growing product teams.

This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield product initiative where AI is set to play a significant role in shaping the future of the Gaming & Casino industry. The team is building next-generation products from the ground up, giving engineers the chance to influence architecture, user experience, and product direction from day one.

You'll be working on highly interactive digital experiences for a global audience, within an environment that handles large-scale distributed systems, significant traffic volumes, and real-time user engagement. The organisation is looking for people who thrive in high-scale environments and are excited by the prospect of helping deliver innovative AI-driven features that will redefine player experiences.

Rather than working from handed-down specifications, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence how products look, feel, and perform.

The Role

As part of a cross-functional team, you'll help design and develop intuitive, visually compelling user experiences while contributing to frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and scalable design systems.

This role would suit either:

• A Frontend Developer with a strong eye for UX/UI and interaction design.
• AI Native Developer - Pushing AI & not just using for productivity
• A UX/UI Designer with commercial React development experience.
• An engineer who enjoys translating design thinking into real-world product experiences.
