Job summary

Nextory in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a Design Engineer to bridge design and engineering, turning ideas into fast, intuitive experiences with ownership from sketch to production release.

You will collaborate with six product designers, product managers, and engineers, contributing to design systems and production-ready features while balancing speed and scale in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in modern frontend development (Vue, React or similar).
• Experience building and extending design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to turn rough concepts into production-ready features.

Responsibilities

• Frontend development with a focus on high-quality UI and performance.
• Own the journey from sketches to final release, combining design and code.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers to ship features.
• Build and maintain design systems and internal tooling.
