We are your ALLY, a growing women’s health brand, seeks a Senior/Staff Product Designer for an international, hybrid freelance role based in Stockholm. You will own feature design from concept to launch and improve core experiences with data-driven insights.

Collaborating with another designer, Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape product strategy and ensure user-centered outcomes. This 6+ month engagement offers hybrid work in Stockholm.

Formación

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• A strong portfolio of successful product work, including both new products and new feature launches.
• A thorough understanding of the product design process, UI design, UX, and user research methods.
• Experience leading complex projects involving collaboration across teams and platforms.
• The ability to develop concepts for new products and ideas, as well as evolve existing digital products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
• A collaborative mindset and experience sharing ownership and making decisions together with other designers.
• Experience working with health, medical, or other regulated products is a plus.

Are you a Senior Product Designer who loves taking new features from initial idea to launch while also making great products even better? A growing women’s health brand is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join its App Features team on a freelance basis. You’ll be part of an international team of smart and ambitious colleagues working together to push women’s health forward through research, technology, and true care for the end user.

You’ll own the design of new features from early insights and concepts through to polished UI and implementation while also improving the core app experiences users rely on every day. Working side‑by‑side with another Product Designer and collaborating across Product and Engineering, you’ll navigate complex projects, share ideas, challenge each other, and have a real say in what gets built and why.

This is a full‑time, hybrid freelance assignment for someone based in Stockholm, with the occasional workshop or team session at the Stockholm office.
