Nava Insights is hiring a Founding Researcher in Stockholm (on-site) to help shape how insights are created, interpreted, and acted upon within our AI-native product. This role goes beyond running studies, involving strategic collaboration with founders, product, and engineering teams to build new standards for research quality.

You will define how qualitative reasoning is encoded, safeguarded, and used to drive confident, decision-grade outcomes for customers, while balancing rigor with speed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in research, insights, strategy, consulting, or similar roles.
• Deeply skilled in qualitative research and synthesis, comfortable combining with quantitative signals.
• Care about how insights are formed, not just how they are presented.
• Ability to turn ambiguity and incomplete data into clear, confident reasoning.
• Strong communicator who can engage executives and practitioners alike.
• Excited by AI but sceptical in the right ways, and motivated to make AI trustworthy.
• Enjoy shaping new roles, standards, and systems rather than inheriting mature ones.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer input into clear strategic decisions by partnering with product and research leaders.
• Frame questions, interpret findings and connect insights to real-world outcomes for customers.
• Analyse qualitative data (and relevant quantitative data) to distill complexity into actionable narratives.
• Lead onboarding and early engagements, helping customers understand how to use Nava Insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve how insights, themes, and archetypes are generated and presented.
• Evolve research methods, guardrails, and quality standards for AI-assisted insights.
• Identify where AI reasoning breaks down and how to fix it.
• Capture recurring patterns and edge cases to raise the platform's research quality.
• Balance rigorous research with speed in fast-moving teams.
