The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in technical roles and is comfortable communicating complex concepts simply to diverse stakeholders. This position offers direct access to leadership and involvement in a rapidly growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions/sales engineer, or in technical customer success.
• Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders effectively.
• Experience using AI tools and understanding their applications.

Responsibilities

• Sell technical and commercial value during deal evaluations.
• Identify use cases through discovery with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption by coaching end users and building tailored examples.
• Prove ROI using data and secure renewals.
• Build integrations and workflows based on customer needs.
