Qualifikationen

• Proven fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems.
• Comfort with owning full-stack development from backend to frontend.

Aufgaben

• Build and improve the AI agents powering Openroll, from planning and tool use to execution and evaluation
• Own features end to end, from understanding customer problems to shipping and improving them in production
• Build reliable agent workflows, integrations, and infrastructure that handle complex enterprise data and permissions
• Ship fast, iterate with real customers, and see your work make an impact from day one
