Advisense is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our growing tech development team, building AI-enabled products for the financial industry. You will own modules from design to client production, deploying on our platform, connecting client data and delivering results used by risk and finance teams daily.

You'll work across data ingestion, pipelines, APIs and UI, applying AI tools like Claude Code and Foundry AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Production software development experience.
• Polished user interfaces delivered with product teams.
• APIs, data modelling, data pipelines experience.
• Experience deploying and monitoring production apps.
• Hands-on AI development experience.
• Strong focus on testing, security and privacy.
• Comfortable working with clients and their data.
• Professional English; Swedish helpful but not required.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our growing tech development team, building products for the financial industry. Much of the risk, compliance and regulatory work in financial services still runs on spreadsheets and manual reconciliation. We are building the intelligence platform that changes that, and we need engineers who can build it and put it into production for clients.

We are hiring two Forward Deployed AI Engineers for our tech development team. Forward deployed means you own a module from design to a client running it: you develop on our platform, deploy it in live environments used by clients, connect their data, get the numbers right and hand over something their risk and finance teams use every day. Some weeks are pure product engineering/development; others are spent working downstream with client environments, client data and their stakeholders.

Advisense is building the next generation intelligence on Palantir Foundry, working side by side with Advisense’s regulatory specialists, the people who understand what the numbers are and the regulations mean. The work spans data ingestion and pipelines, backend logic, APIs and user interfaces, across areas such as credit risk, capital, AML, KYC and regulatory reporting.

AI is an integral part of how we work. Claude Code, Codex and Foundry’s AI tooling are part of our working day, while AI is also embedded in the products we build. You are expected to use AI effectively and critically, while taking responsibility for understanding, validating, testing and maintaining everything you deliver.

As Part Of Our Tech Development Team, You Will

• Take modules from technical design through implementation, release, monitoring and iteration.
• Implement modules at clients, including data onboarding, integration, validation and go-live.
• Build data pipelines, backend services, APIs and frontend applications.
• Turn complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear and useful product features.
• Build AI-enabled workflows with appropriate evaluation, monitoring and human oversight.
• Work closely with product owners, senior engineers, regulatory consultants and client teams.

Background And Experience

• Professional proficiency in both Python and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining production software.
• Experience building polished user interfaces together with product teams.
• Practical experience with APIs, data modelling, integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting applications in production.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with AI and an effective AI‑assisted development workflow.
• A strong approach to testing, maintainability, security and privacy.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and their data.
• Professional proficiency in English. Swedish is appreciated but not required.

Experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus. Experience from financial services, GRC, AML, KYC, credit risk or another regulated environment is beneficial but not required.

We are looking for a pragmatic and self‑driven engineer who enjoys taking ownership from idea to production. You do not need to be an expert in every layer – what matters is that you are comfortable working broadly, learn quickly and approach unfamiliar problems pragmatically.

You use AI tools critically and take responsibility for the quality of what you deliver. You also enjoy working close to the business and the client, understanding their needs and turning complex requirements into solutions that work in practice.

You will join a small, collaborative development team where you will deliver modules and client implementations independently, with support from senior engineers, product owners and Advisense’s regulatory specialists.
