Job summary

Westermo is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Test Engineering Department in Sweden. You will lead and participate in projects, troubleshoot production test issues, and develop test programs, maintaining HW/SW updates and documenting test plans.

The role mainly uses LabVIEW and involves close cooperation with R&D and Production to ensure products meet specification. You will work on flying probe test technologies, contribute to continuous improvements, and help deliver high-quality routers and

Qualifications

• Academic background in electronics or similar field.
• Experience with testing electronic devices and hardware.
• Knowledge of flying probe test technologies (Acculogics Flying Scorpion preferred).
• Experience with CAD translation software (Xmatic).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in test projects, assist with production-related test issues.
• Maintain hardware and software updates on products; troubleshoot and develop test programs and methods.
• Document test plans and instructions; work with R&D and Production.
• Develop new tests in development projects and analyze maintenance projects.
