Job summary

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) is seeking flexible hourly administrative support to assist across Admissions, student services and events. The pool role offers varied assignments, independence, and discretion in handling information, with English fluency and Swedish communication as key requirements.

Hours: approximately 4-8 hours per week (up to 20%). Location: SSE, Stockholm. Hourly salary: SEK 165/hour. Start date: as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate in Swedish for some assignments.
• Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support during peak periods and special projects.
• Assist with admissions, student exchange, student services, events, information services, and communications.
• Support exchange and international mobility activities, and coordinate events and visits.
• Data entry, reporting, and quality assurance tasks.
• Contribute to project-based administrative activities across the Education Office.
