Einride is seeking a Fleet Manager for our Nordics Operations based in Stockholm. You will manage repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting for heavy electric trucks and trailers, while building strong relationships with workshops and service partners.

Collaborate with planners and carriers to align maintenance with customer needs, track uptime, and support go-live deployments. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on with heavy-duty vehicles; EV experience is a strong plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication with drivers, partners and internal teams.
• Practical, problem-solving mindset for daily operational challenges.
• Comfortable using fleet management systems and related digital tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Experience with trailer fleet management or trailer configuration; driver's license CE and YKB is a plus.

You will:

As a Fleet Manager in our Nordics Operations team, you will play a hands-on role in driving the electric transformation. You’ll work directly with cutting-edge heavy electric truck technology, supporting our workshops and partners to maximize fleet uptime as we scale.

• Manage repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting for heavy electric trucks (EVs), trailers and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external workshops, dealers and service partners.
• Collaborate closely with transport planners and carriers to align maintenance windows with customer transport needs.
• Track vehicle uptime, document maintenance records and _escalate_ recurring technical issues.
• Review, approve and handle hardware-related invoices.
• Participate in deployment projects for new customer sites, providing hardware expertise and go-live support.
• Conduct occasional site visits to workshops, carriers and customers.

We expect you to:

• Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty vehicles (EV experience is a strong plus).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable interacting with drivers, technical partners and internal teams.
• Practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities for daily operational challenges.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and fleet management systems.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• If you also have experience with trailer fleet management and trailer configuration and/or a driver's license C/CE and YKB it will be considered a plus.
