Job summary

Sambla Group in Stockholm is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Controller to join our Finance team. You will help manage day-to-day AP/AR processes, work closely with the Finance team, and support accurate bookkeeping in a fast-moving fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a related degree, strong Excel skills, and fluent Swedish and English. Knowledge of NetSuite or Skovik is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in similar finance tasks.
• A relevant academic degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and high numerical accuracy.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Interest in systems, processes and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier and customer invoices.
• Manage expense claims and reimbursements.
• Work with payments, reconciliations and bookkeeping.
• Support month-end tasks in AP/AR.
• Keep finance processes structured, accurate and efficient.
• Collaborate with Finance and wider organization.
• Identify process improvements and smarter ways of working.
