Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our core financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and FloQast. You will automate recurring finance tasks, design robust integrations, and partner with the internal engineering team to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial/ERP system with hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Automation track record: scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code tools.
• Ability to read integrations and understand cross-system data.
• Strong collaboration across finance and engineering; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health.
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce or remove them through automation, partnering with engineering for heavier builds.
• Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering.
• Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate needs into system capability, own relationships, and manage onboarding/configuration.
• Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
