Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to own IFS ERP operations, ensuring the system meets current needs and scales with growth across the organization.

You will lead integrations, manage IFS support, drive automation, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT and other functions to improve data quality and processes.

We value healthcare or regulated industry experience and fluency in English; you will work in an international environment with a pragmatic mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with IFS ERP in Finance, ERP and business partnering.
• Deep understanding of ERP processes and technology-enabled performance.
• Experience from healthcare or other regulated industries is valued.
• Proven ability to drive system ownership in a scalable ERP environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT and others.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic mindset with change in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to Business Partner for Finance in IFS, ensuring the system supports growth.
• Own and manage integrations to/from IFS, ensuring stability and performance.
• Manage the relationship with IFS Support, driving ticket resolution and improvements.
• Lead automation and process optimization using IFS and digital tools.
• Drive compliance projects and enhance financial processes across the organization.
• Support Finance master data, including suppliers, customers, COA, dimensions, products, and intercompany flows.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to improve processes and data quality.
• Play a key role in ERP implementation projects and acquisitions integrations.
• Coordinate IFS release management balancing governance and business needs.
