Job description

TL;DR

We’re hiring a full-stack analyst to build the financial brain of Lovable. You’ll own our core revenue and retention metrics, stitch together product and billing data, and help the business make fast, informed decisions. The perfect mix of finance rigor and product-minded execution.

Why Lovable?

  • Shape the company. You’ll define the source of truth for ARR, churn, and cohort performance—metrics that drive how we build, sell, and plan.

  • Get full-stack ownership. From writing DBT models to advising leadership, this is a high-context, high-autonomy role.

  • Join a world-class team. We’re building Europe’s best AI startup. You’ll be surrounded by serious talent and given space to do your best work.

  • Act like an owner. You won’t just support decisions—you’ll drive them. Expect real impact and top-of-market pay for top-of-market work.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–6 years in data, analytics, or finance - ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or product-led company

  • Deep experience building and maintaining revenue/ARR models

  • Strong SQL and hands-on modeling experience with billing and product data

  • Comfortable working across the stack: raw data → DBT model → dashboard → executive summary

  • Structured thinker who can simplify messy data into meaningful metrics

  • Clear communicator—writes sharp, concise docs and knows how to present tradeoffs

  • Based in Stockholm (or open to relocating)

Your responsibilities

  • Build our revenue engine. Design the ARR model that tracks every dollar—across PLG, sales, upsell, and churn.

  • Define the truth. Partner with finance and product to lock in metric definitions that everyone can rally around.

  • Connect the stack. Unify product data, billing systems (Stripe), ERP (Light) and CRM (Attio) into one clean, auditable pipeline.

  • Ship dashboards that work. Give leadership and operators the tools to see what’s working—and act fast when it’s not.

  • Keep the signal clean. Build automated checks, flag data drift, and make sure what we report is always right.

  • Act fast. Think long. Help drive key decisions now, while building infrastructure that will scale with us.
