Job summary

TRATON Finans AB, a financial services unit of the TRATON group, seeks a Financial Controller to manage accounting and reporting for designated markets. You will own monthly, quarterly and annual close, develop robust reporting models, and engage with external auditors and authorities.

We value strong Excel skills, data-driven insights, and the ability to drive process improvements across the finance function. English fluency is essential; Swedish language is a merit.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics or business administration.
• 4–5 years of accounting or financial control experience.
• Experience in financial group reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Close and report monthly, quarterly and yearly for designated markets.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and cost control.
• Manage VAT/tax and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive and shape reporting structures, data flows and participate in change projects.
