Juni is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee monthly closings, financial reporting to K3 and IFRS, and regulatory reporting to SCB and FI in a hybrid setup in Stockholm. You will define accounting process requirements and drive efficiency improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires a university degree in finance or business, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to lead projects in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in year-end/monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Deep understanding of K3, IFRS and ÅRKL with experience from financial companies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working independently and in teams.
• Experience with regulatory reporting to SCB and FI.
• Proven track record of driving projects.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the company’s monthly closing processes.
• Be a key part of the company’s financial reporting under K3 and IFRS.
• Take ownership of the annual report and interim reports.
• Be responsible for the department’s regulatory reporting to SCB and FI.
• Define requirements for development of accounting processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and aligned with group standards and requirements.
• Drive change projects and handle ad-hoc tasks.
