Job summary

Foxway in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) Finance team. You will strengthen month-end closing, enhance P&L and balance sheet control, and improve visibility across receivables, inventory and cash flow.

You will coordinate across CWS entities with local Finance teams and leverage digital, automation and AI-enabled improvements. Fluency in English and Swedish and hands-on ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, accounting or financial controlling, with a strong focus on month-end closing and P&L/balance sheet control.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Visma or Jeeves.
• Strong English and Swedish communication skills for close collaboration with local Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen month-end closing across CWS entities.
• Improve the quality and consistency of P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Follow up and create better visibility around receivables, inventory and cash flow.
• Take financial responsibility and coordination for selected entities.
• Support with the preparation of annual reports for CWS entities.
• Work with local Finance and Accounting teams to establish more consistent processes.
• Review existing ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation of digital, automation and AI-enabled Finance use cases.
• Contribute to building a more connected and scalable One CWS Finance organization.
