  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site / home office
  • 45, 000 - 55, 000 SEK monthly

I'm partnered with a global market leading manufacturing company that is actively searching for an Site Financial Lead to join their function based in Angelholm, Sweden. With a diverse range of sister companies underneath the parent company, they tailor their products towards a variety of different industries and are in an upwards trajectory of growth. This role will report into the Managing Director / Regional Controller and is essential in creating accurate financial forecasts for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Forecast/Reporting of P&L and Cash Flow
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Complete accounting, local and GAAP, including invoicing and VAT reporting to the tax authorities
  • All payments and monthly reports to finance management via OneStream
  • Balance Sheet & P&L, monthly reporting
  • Finance month end packaging reporting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets
  • Create backlog reporting including total overdue per period
  • Create sales reports including monthly sales per country and create accumulated report for reconciliation against P&L
  • Accounts Reconciliation monthly
  • Create closing TB for periods including analysis against OneStream and reconciliations per account in OneStream
  • Reporting of local taxations and custom related topics
  • Create E&O and bad debt reporting on a quarterly basis
  • Support external audits, annual account preparation & filling and cooperation tax returns
  • Improving site financial controls
  • Cost Roll Ups and analysis
  • Perpetual and full stock count overview and reporting
  • Running site Payroll
  • Managing the administration of the local Time & Attendance system

Experience Required:

  • Fluent in English
  • Prior experience as a financial lead or specialist
  • Knowledge and experience of running payroll
  • Bachelors degree
