Job summary

LeoVegas Group seeks a Finance System Manager to own the development and continuous improvement of our Finance Systems landscape, with NetSuite as the primary ERP. You will bridge Finance, Technology and external partners, driving enhancements and supporting other finance applications.

The role can be based in Stockholm or Malta, with travel to locations as needed; the ideal candidate combines NetSuite expertise with strong Finance domain knowledge and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and NetSuite customisation.
• Experience designing and implementing ERP enhancements independently.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting Accounting, Financial Reporting and FP&A functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured and governance-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancements to optimize financial systems and align with goals.
• Own NetSuite as the primary Finance ERP platform.
• Act as technical owner for other Finance Systems including Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Explore AI solutions within NetSuite and cross-platform relationships.
• Scope, challenge and refine Finance requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop SuiteScript customisations, workflows, saved searches, dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
• Lead release management and testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Ensure configuration supports controls and audit needs.
• Maintain runbooks, access logs and change records.
• Drive automation and standardisation across entities.
• Identify inefficiencies and scalable solutions.
• Manage roles, permissions, workflows, and system integrity.
• Manage external NetSuite partners and consultant costs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LeoVegas Group is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Finance System Manager to own the development and continuous improvement of our Finance Systems landscape.

The successful candidate will become the primary in-house expert for NetSuite and will be responsible for designing, building, configuring and deploying Finance Systems enhancements. This role combines strong NetSuite technical expertise with solid Finance domain knowledge to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

You will act as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and external partners, driving continuous improvement across key finance processes, support ongoing finance system implementations / enhancements.

You will report directly to the Head of Finance Transformation and work closely with the rest of the Finance team and other stakeholders. We are looking for someone to join our global team and can be placed either at the Stockholm office, Sweden or at the office in Sliema, Malta. We expect you to travel to our different locations when needed.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Drive initiatives to perform enhancements to optimize the critical financial systems, ensuring alignment with Finance and company goals.

• Own and manage NetSuite as the primary Finance ERP platform.

• Act as technical owner for other Finance Systems, including Workday Adaptive Planning and other supporting Finance applications.

• Explore AI solutions within the Netsuite environment and cross platform relationships, to improve efficiency

• Work directly with Finance stakeholders to scope, challenge and refine requirements.

• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript customisations, workflows, saved searches, dashboards and reports.

• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.

• Lead release management and testing cycles

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Ensure system configuration supports financial controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements across all entities.

• Maintain clear documentation, including configuration runbooks, access control logs, and change records

• Drive automation and standardisation across entities

• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

• Manage roles, permissions, workflows, and system integrity

• Manage external NetSuite partners and ensure cost-efficient use of consultants

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.

• Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and NetSuite customisation.

• Experience designing and implementing ERP enhancements independently.
