We are looking for a team-oriented and hands-on Finance Product Specialist to join our Head of CFO Office, located in Hyllie, Malmö. As a Finance Product Specialist, you will be responsible for our budget and forecasting application PBCS (Oracle Cloud EPM). You will maintain and develop the system and connected processes in collaboration with controlling. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert for finance-related applications and processes, including Business Central, Coupa, and Twin.

You will drive improvements in Finance within ERP and integrated systems, acting as a liaison between Finance and IT to align on requirements, delivery, and service levels.

You will help us simplify finance for the many people

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and implementing improvements in PBCS.
  • Designing and deploying infrastructure for long-term system solutions.
  • Providing user support in PBCS.
  • Managing business-related and accounting master data changes across PBCS, ERP, and other systems.
  • Participating in projects for new or improved system solutions.
  • Translating finance requirements into system change requests and ensuring timely processing and implementation.
  • Identifying impacts of changes in finance applications on integrated systems and coordinating updates.
  • Ensuring internal controls are in place to meet Ikano compliance.
  • Planning, testing, and reviewing changes and upgrades in finance applications.

You will also analyze requirements to develop long-term system solutions and conduct training sessions within the Finance community.

  • At least three years of experience in IT development, finance, or similar fields.
  • Experience in system management and solution design.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central, and BI tools is a plus.
