Validio, a Swedish data management platform, seeks a Finance Operations Manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data as we scale internationally. You will own day-to-day accounting, month-end close, payments, payroll support, and collaborate with local partners.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll build scalable processes, drive automation, and maintain strong controls to stay audit-ready while supporting forecasting and reporting as Validio grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounting or finance
• Hands-on accounting skills: ledger, reconciliations, close
• Solid knowledge of VAT and payroll-related rules
• Experience with modern accounting tools and automation
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Process mindset: document and systematize workflows
• Autonomy to prioritize work and grow with the company

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day accounting and month-end close with local partners
• Manage end-to-end payment flow: invoices, approvals, payments, expenses
• Oversee accounts receivable process
• Support payroll and people costs with payroll providers
• Oversee VAT and statutory filings with local partners and assist auditors
• Drive finance system implementations and automate repetitive manual work
• Document processes and build controls for audit readiness
• Support reporting and forecasting as Validio scales
