Paligo AB is seeking a Head of Finance Operations & Analytics to lead finance activities that support our growth. This role involves overseeing daily accounting, managing a team, and ensuring compliance while driving automation and process efficiency.

Candidates should have 5+ years in finance roles, expertise in accounting frameworks, and strong analytical skills. A Master's in Business Administration or similar is preferred, along with a passion for finance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance roles with strong exposure to accounting and analytics.
• Proven expertise in modern accounting frameworks and international tax.
• Experience driving process efficiency through automation or financial tech.

Responsibilities

• Own daily accounting operations including invoicing and cash collection.
• Lead the Finance team and optimize monthly/annual book-close processes.
• Drive preparation of annual financial statements and ensure VAT compliance.
