Job summary

Lantmännen is seeking a Controller to join the Central Finance team within Cerealia, based in Stadshagen, Stockholm. The role is hands-on with a broad scope across financial and business controlling, providing critical support to reporting, closing, and process improvement.

You will work with Cognos for reporting, build templates, and collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and other functions to drive quality and efficiency. English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Academic Degree in Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience within Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business context.
• Interest in systems, data, and digital tools with quick learning ability.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial processes, or related activities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting processes and monthly closing activities.
• Help develop reporting templates and timelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and analysis in Cognos and other systems.
• Provide controlling support to stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure high quality in recurring processes and identify improvement opportunities.
