Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Business Controller for Consumer Services to serve as a Finance Business Partner to our Service Operations leaders across the EMEA region. You will drive profitability, efficiency, and strong financial performance by turning data into insights and guiding strategic decisions.

The role involves coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, while standardizing service controlling processes and partnering with local controllers across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in business controlling, financial management or similar field.
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Consumer Services and Service Operations leaders, providing financial and commercial insight to support profitable growth.
• Lead monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning across Consumer Services and Operations.
• Drive the development and implementation of standardized Service controlling processes, models and performance indicators across EMEA.
• Partner with local controllers to understand market performance, identify key drivers and translate insights into actions and recommendations.
• Develop business cases and scenario analyses to compare operating models and opportunities for informed decisions.
• Support Service Operations performance and efficiency management, including technician and partner models, cost development and workforce opportunities.
• Contribute to Service-related projects and governance to strengthen controls and accuracy of the Service P&L.
