Job summary
Electrolux Group in Stockholm is seeking a Consumer Services and Operations Business Controller to partner with Finance leaders across EMEA, driving profitable growth and stronger financial performance.
You will work across Consumer Services commercial activities, Service Operations, and Contact Center operations, turning data into insights to support decisions and standardizing service controlling across markets.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business controlling, financial management, commercial finance, business development or a similar field.
- Strong experience in forecasting, financial modelling, business case development and performance analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Business Partner to Consumer Services Commercial, Service Operations and Contact Center leaders, providing financial and commercial insight to support profitable growth.
- Lead monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning across Consumer Services and Operations.
- Drive the development and implementation of standardized Service controlling processes, models and performance indicators across EMEA.
- Partner with local controllers to understand market performance, identify key drivers and translate insights into actions and business recommendations.
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses, comparing different operating models and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
- Support Service Operations performance and efficiency management, including technician and partner models, cost development and workforce-related opportunities.
- Contribute to Service-related projects and portfolio development, strengthening governance, controls, processes and the accuracy of the Service P&L.
