Overview

For Konica Minolta Business Solutions Sweden AB we are looking for a best in class Financial Accountant & Analyst to our Swedish office in Kista! This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Finance operations, manage daily running of flows. Act as main point of contact for our outsourcing partner for Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work with local and Nordic Finance teams to perform qualitative periodic closings. Ensure that the financial data is accurate and of high quality.
  • Preparation of internal periodic reports. Quality control, utilize Stravis as ERP. Streamline the reporting process and ensure accuracy.
  • Support our Swedish organisation on ad hoc financial questions. Be responsive and helpful in resolving any issues or queries that arise.
  • Organize and oversee internal and external audits. Ensure that financial processes and records are compliant with regulations and standards.
  • Transfer pricing documentation and control intercompany (IC) transactions, at large performed by outsourcing partner. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and accurate documentation.
  • With our Finance Manager bridge and connect the dots to the business, ensuring business decisions are fact based, and operations are supported properly. Work closely with Sales and HR.
