Job summary

Mettler-Toledo Sweden seeks a traveling Service Technician to join our Nordic service team. You will work from home and travel daily to customer sites using a company vehicle, with assignments planned by service coordinators in Stockholm, primarily covering the Stockholm region and possibly other Nordic locations.

You will be part of a team reporting to the Team Leader in Product Inspection and Transport & Logistics.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanics.
• Experience troubleshooting technical equipment and knowledge of electronics.
• General IT proficiency including PCs and MS Office.
• Well-organized, service-oriented, and flexible for travel.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
• Strong administrative skills and bilingual Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on MT products.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with service technicians, planners, and sales reps.
• Participate in training sessions and uphold MT values and code of conduct.
