Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Data & AI Engineering teams or technical pre-/post-sales teams.
• Hands-on experience developing data solutions on advanced platforms (distributed computing, data warehousing, MLOps, GenAI infra).
• Skilled in discovery, architecture validation, MVP/POC management, and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a diverse SSA team for Databricks in a high-growth region.
• Drive adoption and customer value across complex sales cycles and architectures.
• Collaborate with SA and Sales to guide overall technical account strategy.
• Mentor engineers, resolve escalations, and chart career paths within the team.
