Carex Sweden ( Crx Nordic AB ) is a fast-growing Dermocosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermocosmetic brands primarily in selected European Countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania, Benelux and Germany), Middle East and CIS Countries.

For our Staffanstorp office, we are looking for a highly motivated Export Area Manager for European Countries.

The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, International Relations, or other related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and business development in FMCG sector, preferably in cosmetics

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Advanced level of MS Office skills

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability and willingness to work independently with a holistic approach to achieve the targets

• Excellent job follow up and communication skills

Job Description:

• Analyses global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities.

• Design market research constructs, requirements, and procedures

• Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.

• Specifying sales and distribution channels, setting up successful business development and new market entry strategies both for pharmacy and FMCG channels

• Negotiate with international partners on new and on-going business collaborations.

• Visiting export markets regularly for monitoring competitors, doing market research and meeting distributors

• Establish marketing objectives and strategies for customer acquisition and retention programs.

• Studying benchmark price structures and building efficient value chains

• Setting up marketing plans with distributors and ensuring the implementation

• Developing and successfully implementing business plans for increasing the market share of Carex Sweden’s brands

• Working closely with relevant persons inside the company to ensure that the whole export process goes properly.
