PinMeTo helps large multi-location companies manage their business information across hundreds of online services, by developing and offering a SaaS platform that puts businesses in control of their location data and lets them manage online interactions with their customers. Our SaaS offering consists of a platform of web applications developed internally by our Product department at our headquarter office in Malmö, Sweden.

As a full stack web developer you would join one of our product teams. Each team is fully responsible for one of our products and consists of a product manager, product designer, and 3-6 full stack software engineers, all located together and working with a shared goal and focus. The team collaborates to first discover the most valuable opportunities to address, then define, validate, and deliver solutions to them.

Our main tech stack is based on the functional language Elm for frontend development, Node.js with Javascript/Typescript for backend, MongoDB for data storage, and AWS cloud infrastructure to host and run our platform.

Do you recognize yourself below?

• Have at least 3-4 years experience of developing web applications, preferably SaaS-based B2B products.
• Enjoy working with the full tech stack from backend to frontend, with solid knowledge of Javascript and related web development technologies.
• Love learning and using new technologies and tools to improve your workflow, including AI based coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Are passionate about both code quality and user experience, and also know how to balance these with getting things done to make an impact.
• Like to understand and be part of defining why you are doing what you do, rather than simply work on tasks that someone else defined for you.
• Prefer pair programming and collaborating with your team in the office, over focusing on your task alone at home.
• Are comfortable communicating in English and looking forward to joining a culturally diverse company (in Product alone we are 12+ nationalities).

What to expect when joining PinMeTo?
7 days: Your first week will be focused on getting to know your team and product, setting up your development environment, and pushing your first (small) change to production. Your onboarding buddy and your team will be supporting you from day one, making sure that you get started as smoothly as possible.

30 days: During your first month you will continue learning about our technologies, codebase, and products, while working together with your teammates to contribute to what is being delivered. We assume Elm will be new to you, and encourage you to spend time learning this early.

90 days: After one quarter, you will have gained enough context to leverage your prior experience, contributing to both technical decisions and how the team works. You will also be able to take ownership of driving larger tasks to completion.

365 days: By this time your contribution to the team is indistinguishable from that of the other software engineers that you work together with, having gained full proficiency with the entire tech stack and codebase.

Practicalities

• This is a full time role based in Malmö, Sweden.
• We have an office first working environment, so we assume you are located around the Malmö area.
