Your role

Help shape the future of a growing C5ISR business by leading our expansion – both in people and locations. As Expansion & Growth Lead, you will collaborate with senior leadership to plan and deliver a five-year journey to dramatically increase our headcount, open new sites, and build the capabilities we need to win tomorrow’s opportunities. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on delivery, offering the chance to make a visible impact on how and where our business grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Unit's workforce and site expansion strategy
• Work with Business Unit's leadership, HR, and Finance to define multi-year workforce plans aligned with strategy
• Identify and evaluate new site opportunities, balancing customer proximity, talent access, and cost
• Coordinate the setup of new locations – facilities, IT, compliance and recruitment support
• Consolidate and drive tracking of headcount growth, hiring pipeline, and site capacity utilisation in collaboration with HR
• Work with DUs and Core Development to forecast skill and role demand by year and domain
• Act as the Business Units point of contact for Group or corporate expansion initiatives
• Develop business cases and proposals for expansion projects
• Support onboarding and integration of new teams/sites into Business Unit processes and culture
