Job summary

Green SM is seeking a Fleet Coordination Specialist to monitor vehicle yards, ensure safety compliance, and manage the owned vehicle pool as it expands into the EU market. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2–4 years’ experience in fleet or repair coordination, and fluency in Swedish and English.

You’ll work with workshops, drivers, and internal teams to drive asset efficiency. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position with growth potential in a dynamic international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Automotive/Engineering/Logistics/Business) required.
• 2–4 years of experience in vehicle repair coordination or fleet maintenance.
• Fluent Swedish and English; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle quality, quantity, and branch vehicle yards.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle safety and drivers' online shift handover.
• Conduct monthly inspections, inventory checks, and loss-risk controls.
• Manage the owned vehicle pool and vehicle information in the system.
• Handle vehicle records and original documents.
• Analyze asset efficiency, report at-risk status, propose improvements.
• Review idle vehicles and conduct periodic inspections.
• Coordinate with workshops, repair vendors, insurers, drivers, and internal teams.
