Job summary

EVEREC is seeking an EV Charging Service Technician to join our Stockholm team. This hands-on role covers installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of AC and DC charging infrastructure across Stockholm and nearby areas.

You will diagnose faults, configure charging equipment, and ensure safe, reliable operation with direct customer interaction and independent field work.

Qualifications

• Professional experience within electrical installation, maintenance or service.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Interest in technology, electrical infrastructure and EV charging.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel in Stockholm area.

Responsibilities

• Install AC and DC EV charging stations and associated electrical equipment.
• Carry out service, maintenance and repairs on existing charging infrastructure.
• Diagnose electrical and technical faults.
• Commission, test and configure charging equipment.
• Install and configure network connections and communications equipment.
• Connect charging equipment to backend and monitoring systems.
• Complete electrical works associated with EV charging installations.

The Role

We are looking for 1–2 Electricians / Service Technicians to join a growing technical team in Stockholm.

This is a hands‑on, field-based position where you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of EV charging infrastructure.

You will work primarily across Stockholm and the surrounding area, travelling directly to customer sites. The role offers a high degree of independence, with responsibility for diagnosing technical issues, completing installations and ensuring charging equipment is operating safely and reliably.

This opportunity would suit an experienced electrician who enjoys technical problem-solving and wants to develop specialist expertise within the rapidly expanding EV charging sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Install AC and DC EV charging stations and associated electrical equipment

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable and comfortable working independently in the field.

You should have:

• Professional experience within electrical installation, maintenance or service
• Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A practical and solutions-focused approach
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• An interest in technology, electrical infrastructure and EV charging
• A valid Category B driving licence
• The ability to travel to customer sites throughout Stockholm and surrounding areas

Advantageous Experience

Previous EV charging experience would be highly desirable, although candidates from broader electrical installation and service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
