Job summary

Green SM is seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to drive procurement governance across its European markets. You will manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and contracts, while ensuring cost control and compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to support expansion, monitor budgets, and implement scalable procurement processes for new market launches across Europe. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Administration.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with international suppliers across Europe.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for European markets, including sourcing and purchasing.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead price negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers across Europe.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate procurement of office equipment, facilities, fleet-related services.
• Track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Support setup of procurement processes and vendor networks for new markets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance.
