Job summary

Coalition Clean Baltic is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to implement the EU LIFE QuietWaters Project. This position requires effective collaboration with project partners and stakeholders to reduce underwater noise pollution in the Baltic Sea.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international project administration, event management, and strong communication skills. The contract involves a salary starting from 35,000 SEK and requires flexibility for travel within the Baltic Sea Region.

Qualifications

• Qualification in administration of projects funded by EU LIFE Programme.
• Experience in multicultural environments.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of environmental policies, preferably in the NGO sector.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager with bookkeeping and compliance documentation.
• Organise project events and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate post-event evaluation and feedback collection.
• Implement risk assessments and mitigation activities.
