Job summary

NCC is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Financial Control to lead the Nordic Accounting & Financial Control function within NCC Business Services. You will drive high-quality statutory reporting, internal controls, and ERP transformation with a focus on continuous improvements.

The role reports to the Head of NCC Business Services and requires collaboration with NCC units to enhance finance services, processes and governance across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a leader with experience managing managers and large accounting teams.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Experience with finance transformation and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Financial Control function across the Nordic region.
• Ensure high-quality statutory reporting and internal control compliance.
