Job summary

NCC is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Financial Control to lead the Nordic Accounting & Financial Control function within NCC Business Services. You will drive high-quality statutory reporting, internal controls, and ERP transformation with a focus on continuous improvements.

The role reports to the Head of NCC Business Services and requires collaboration with NCC units to enhance finance services, processes and governance across the Nordics.

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Accounting & Financial Control to lead and develop a key function within NCC Business Services (NBS).

As Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Accounting & Financial Control organization across the Nordic region. You will ensure high-quality accounting with a focus on statutory reporting to authorize and work closely with Group Finance to secure the reporting within the NCC Group. You will ensure strong internal control, efficient finance processes, and continuous improvement in collaboration with other NCC units, while supporting NCC's ongoing ERP transformation. Drive the continued optimization and development of finance processes, controls and service delivery during and following the ERP transformation.

Your role and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Tema Managers and employees within Accounting & Financial Control.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational performance together with the NBS Management team.
• Drive process improvements, standardization and efficiency initiatives for the overall finance community towards NCC as group.
• Secure compliance with policies, governance requirements and internal controls.
• Budget responsibility for maintain efficiency with own team.
• Play a leading role in the ongoing ERP implementation across NCC's Nordic operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across NCC to enhance business value and deliver high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Head of NCC Business Services and play a key role in shaping future finance operations across the Nordics.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience leading managers and larger teams within Accounting, Controlling or Finance operations.
• Experience driving transformation, process improvements and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, governance, and internal control.
• Experience from ERP environments and finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
• As a leader, you are collaborative, business oriented and confident, with a passion for developing both people and processes.

Additional information

The position is based at NCC’s headquarters in Solna, Sweden. The position requires some travelling, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
