Ericsson is seeking a Graduate Software Developer in Sweden to join our software development teams. You will design, develop, and optimize radio software applications using C++ and Java-based test frameworks within an agile environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in CS/EE/Wireless and have OO programming experience in C++/Java, Linux familiarity, and knowledge of CI/CD practices. This role offers opportunities for growth within a leading telecommunications company.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications or related field.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, primarily in C++ or Java.
  • Good understanding of Linux-based development environments.
  • Familiarity with version control, build systems and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with embedded software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
  • Participate in system design, software development, and testing of Radio Units.
  • Tackle complex technological challenges with experienced colleagues.
  • Contribute to end-to-end development, coordinating software and hardware teams.

As a Graduate Software Developer, you will become part of a multi-functional team responsible for tasks ranging from initial studies to customer acceptance testing of new functionality.
