Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Information Architect to join Group Data Management's Data Architecture & Governance unit to build enterprise information standards and semantic foundations across the bank. You will work with business stakeholders to enable data products, AI adoption and interoperable data models.

In this role you will lead modelling workshops, promote reuse of information assets and drive metadata management, lineage and business glossaries in a federated data product environment, applying

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information modelling, information architecture, data architecture, data analytics or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and maintaining conceptual, logical and physical information models.
• Experience with business glossaries, metadata management, taxonomies and semantic modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-domain collaboration.
• Understanding of Data Mesh, Data Products and Data Governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enable Nordea’s strategic Data and AI transformation with consistent terminology and scalable information models.
• Develop, implement and maintain canonical, conceptual and logical information models for the data product lifecycle.
• Drive enterprise-wide information standardization across domains.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Information Architecture for strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Support development of BIM, CIM, canonical modelling and taxonomy standards.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Enterprise Architecture to ensure consistency across business capabilities and information structures.
• Drive metadata management, lineage and business glossary activities in a federated data product environment.
• Leverage AI, automation and advanced analytics to accelerate modelling and semantic discovery.
• Facilitate modelling workshops and establish best practices for information architecture.
