WirelessCar is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a line of software engineers and own engineering delivery for one or more customer domains. This role blends people leadership with a strong customer focus to create real value in connected mobility.

You will coach teams, balance delivery commitments with business priorities, and foster an open, collaborative engineering culture across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in an agile product or services organization.
• Strong customer mindset with ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience owning engineering delivery balancing scope, quality, timelines and business outcomes.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization with fluid alignment between people management and delivery ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Coaching leadership style with a passion for developing people and high-performing teams.
