Job summary

Kraken is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional Consumer pod focused on building and scaling core Krak experiences. You will guide frontend (React/React Native) and backend (Rust) engineers to deliver seamless, performant user interfaces across Kraken’s consumer surfaces.

Work with Product and Design to shape high-impact features for a global user base, champion engineering excellence, and mentor engineers while scaling teams and processes in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing engineering teams at scale.
• Ability to align frontend and backend efforts across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers for Krak consumer experiences.
• Own end-to-end UX for key Krak features across mobile and client platforms.
