LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed full-stack team across European tech hubs. You will empower the team to build native, web, and backend platforms powering LeoVegas and BetMGM experiences.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, and drive a culture of accountability, growth, and ownership in a fast-paced igaming environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the Core Experience team and lead a talented, distributed team of full-stack developers across our European tech hubs! As Engineering Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of iGaming for our leading hero brands LeoVegas and BetMGM. You'll empower your team to build and maintain the native and web clients, as well as the backend platform that powers these exciting experiences.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing, innovative full-stack team
• Driving the development and maintenance of native, web, and backend platform components
• Collaborating with Engineering stakeholders to define and execute on the product roadmap
• Fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement within your team

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
