Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management overseeing software engineers.
• 8+ years of software engineering with architectural judgment.
• Experience in bot detection, fraud prevention or web security.
• Measurement-driven engineering with tests and SLOs.
• Hands-on AI coding with AI agents.
• Strong product and cross-functional leadership with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap from beta to GA and launch readiness.
• Define service reliability targets, SLIs and SLOs.
• Build detection quality with datasets, tests and monitoring.
• Guide detection/classification for AI agents and APIs.
• Lead and coach a small team of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to reduce dependencies.
• Establish AI-native development practices with human oversight.
