This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already has a solid engineering background and is ready to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and develop further within engineering management.
You do not need to have done everything before. As Engineering Manager, you will take an important role in Tactical Engineering Management within the Transformation Office. You will support and coordinate engineering activities related to equipment, plant design and project execution, helping ensure that engineering is delivered according to schedule, budget, safety and quality requirements.
The role offers significant exposure to different parts of the Luleå transformation project and close collaboration with experienced engineering, construction and project professionals.
We are looking for someone with a strong engineering foundation who is motivated by complex industrial projects and interested in developing further within engineering management. You may already have leadership or engineering management experience, or you may be an experienced engineer or project professional who is ready to take the next step.
Previous engineering leadership experience and project management certification are considered advantages, but are not absolute requirements.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right foundation, drive and willingness to learn and grow with the assignment.
