ABB Sweden offers an 18-month Discovery Trainee Program with three six-month rotations across automation, R&D and customer-facing roles. From day one you are permanently employed and encouraged to explore your interests while receiving mentorship from senior leaders.

You will build your network through regular dinners and study visits, gaining insights from top managers and contributing to ABB's global impact and sustainable future.

Formación

• Master's degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
• No more than two years of professional experience in your field before start date.
• Strong leadership potential, ambition, and curiosity to take on new challenges.
