Job summary

ABB erbjuder en Discovery Trainee-program där du som student tas in som heltidsanställd och får en 18‑månaders resa med tre rotationer inom olika områden. Du får möjlighet att lära från branschexperter, bygga ett starkt nätverk och bidra till hållbarhet och innovation.

Programmet kräver en färdig masterexamen i teknik och visar på ledarskapspotential samt förmåga att arbeta i team. Svenska myndighetskrav och EU/EES‑medborgarskap eller permanent uppehållstillstånd krävs för anställning i Sverige.

Qualifications

Your Role And Responsibilities

Over 18 months, you’ll dive into three exciting six‑month assignments of your choice - each one a chance to explore a new field, push your boundaries, and find where your passion lies.

Main Responsibilities

• You lead your own journey: Choose the rotations that inspire you most - whether it’s automation, R&D, or customer‑facing roles.

Qualifications For The Role

• A master’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field. Studies must be completed before the start of the program, September 2027.
• No more than twoyears of professional experience in your field of study before the start date.
• Strong leadership potential, ambition, and curiosity to take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a passion for making a difference.
• Due to migration laws, you need to be an EU/EEScitizen or have a permanent residence permit in Sweden.
• Previous experience from an exchange semester, service‑and/or industrial related role is considered an asset.
