AkzoNobel is seeking a Projects Manager - Energy for our Malmö area site just outside Malmö. You will lead the energy agenda, drive improvement initiatives across production areas, buildings and utilities.

This two-year fixed-term contract focuses on turning sustainability goals into measurable savings, coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, HSE and Procurement, and delivering energy projects. You will report to the Project Manager Lead and shape the site’s energy roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or another relevant Engineering field.
• Experience in industrial energy management and/or energy efficiency projects.
• Project management experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of industrial utilities, energy systems and energy monitoring.
• Experience working with HVAC/BMS and related optimization activities.
• Ability to develop technical and financial business cases.
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute the Malmö Site Energy Roadmap.
• Drive energy efficiency projects from concept to implementation.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for energy and cost savings.
• Monitor energy performance, KPIs and metering systems.
• Develop business cases, project scopes and implementation plans.
• Coordinate energy-related activities across the site.
• Optimize HVAC, BMS, ventilation and utility performance.
• Challenge and coordinate facility management and external contractors.
• Support shutdown and non-production energy reduction initiatives.
• Follow up, verify and report realized savings and project results.
