Microsoft Sweden 1172 AB is seeking a CO+I Critical Environment Program Manager to lead energy and environmental programs for datacenter campuses and leased sites across the country. You will drive EMS/EnMS implementation, coordinate audits, and report on KPIs with regional teams.
Ideal candidates have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and proven experience managing large infrastructure sustainability initiatives within mission-critical environments.

The E&E CEPM will
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience managing building operations, energy, environmental, or sustainability programs in mission‑critical, industrial, or large infrastructure environments.
Experience maintaining ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 at the site level, including management reviews, non‑conformity management, and corrective actions.
Strong understanding of:
Demonstrated capability to identify, scope, and deliver energy performance improvement projects at operating sites
Experience delivering management system communications and coordinating management review inputs
Ability to present to and influence site-level Leadership Team
Ability to manage program documentation, maintain records, track non-conformities, and support document control procedures
